Getting a status page from your device

Most devices will have a Menu or System menu button. On some devices it will be necessary to push the “Task screen” button to see the next few items.

Press: “System Menu” ——-> “Report”——-> ”Report Print”——-> ”Status Page” ——-> “Yes”

If you device is out of toner please contact us at 301-840-0050 as you will not be able to produce a counter in this fashion.
